We don't hire often. When we do, it matters.
Wild Pixel is small on purpose — senior on every account, no junior staff doing the actual work, no account managers between the operator and the client. That structure only holds if every hire raises the bar instead of lowering it. We're patient. We'd rather wait six months for the right person than fill the seat fast.
A B2B marketing agency for mid-size manufacturers and technical-product brands. Twenty years of commercial creative practice. Independent through every cycle. Based in the Pacific Northwest (44.0582° N · 121.3153° W). Most of the work is remote-first; we travel for client shoots, dealer meetings, trade shows, and quarterly reviews when the engagement calls for it.
Day to day: senior strategists running real engagements end-to-end. Strategy, paid media, SEO, content, web, brand, photo+video, lifecycle, attribution. Real client work. Real client relationships. Real ownership of the math.
Right now, we're particularly interested in hearing from senior designers who can hold the brand standard across web, brand systems, and ad creative for industrial and technical-product clients. Product curiosity matters more than agency credentials. Comfort with industrial subject matter (CNC machinery, lithium batteries, capital equipment) is rare and valuable.
Beyond designers: we're always interested in senior strategists, copywriters, paid media operators, and analytics specialists with deep manufacturer experience. If that's you, the door is open even when there's no specific opening posted.
Real client work for real partners. Browse the case studies for a sense of the work we ship. The portfolio is the recruiting pitch — if our existing engagements look like the kind of problems you want to solve, the conversation goes well.
Email Mike directly at hello@wildpixelcreative.com. Include a brief note about your background and a link to your portfolio or relevant work. No cover letter essays. We'll look at every one and respond to anyone we want to talk to within two weeks.
The first conversation is twenty minutes. If we both want to keep talking, the next step is usually a longer conversation about the kind of work you'd want to be doing and where you'd fit. We don't run timed challenges or unpaid project work as part of the interview process.
